We selected oak for our bench not just for its beautiful look, but for its durability and resistance to the elements. The natural tannin found in oak acts as a preservative, protecting it from decay and pests. Oak gracefully ages over time; It turns from a golden hue to a beautiful silvery-grey, adding a distinct and elegant charm to each bench, that will look stunning and last for decades.

We’re proud to say that our benches are made from sustainably grown oak trees from regenerated woodlands, air seasoned and kiln dried in Kent with a production process that is virtually waste-free. Any leftover timber is used for firewood, organic farming and for smoking local fish and meats.
